You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 571-540-7727. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Users may receive up to 10 messages per month. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Scheduled yard waste cleanup
One-time cleanup services
Recurring maintenance programs
Waste disposal

We provide services in Virginia Service availability may vary by location.
4. Scheduling and Access
4.1 Service Schedule
Services will be performed on the schedule agreed upon at the time of booking
We will make reasonable efforts to service your property within the scheduled timeframe
Weather conditions or emergencies may require rescheduling
4.2 Property Access
Customer must provide safe and accessible entry to the service area
Customer is responsible for providing gate codes, keys, or access instructions
If our team cannot access your property, you may be charged a trip fee
4.3 Pets
Pets must be secured indoors or in a separate area during service
We reserve the right to skip service if aggressive animals are present
Customer is responsible for any injuries caused by unsecured pets
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Fees
Pricing is based on yard size, number of pets, service frequency, and location
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
Additional fees may apply for excessive waste, difficult access, or special requests
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due according to your service agreement (weekly, monthly, etc.)

Late payments may result in service suspension and late fees of [amount or %]

6. Service Guarantee

We will return to re-service your property at no additional charge
Refunds are issued at our discretion
7. Limitations of Service
Users MUST BE 18 Years or Older. 18+ Only.
We will make every reasonable effort to remove all visible waste, however:
We are not responsible for waste hidden in tall grass, snow, or landscaping
We do not provide lawn care, landscaping, or pest control services
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to lawns or property
8. Liability and Indemnification
8.1 Property Damage
We carry liability insurance for damages caused by our negligence
We are not liable for damage caused by hidden hazards (sprinkler heads, wires, etc.)
Customer must notify us of any known hazards on the property
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer for services in the 30 days prior to the claim.
8.3 Customer Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless It Happens Nova LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Injuries caused by Customer's pets
Violations of HOA rules or local ordinances
Inaccurate information provided by Customer
9. Cancellation and Termination
9.1 By Customer
You may cancel recurring services with 7 days' written notice
One-time services must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid fees
Prepaid services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
9.2 By Company
We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for:
Non-payment
Aggressive or unsafe pets
Harassment of our staff
Violation of these terms
10. Weather and Service Interruptions
Services may be delayed or cancelled due to severe weather, natural disasters, or emergencies
We will reschedule missed services when conditions permit
No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, marketing materials, and branding are the property of It Happens Nova LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
13. Dispute Resolution
